I’ve given a lot of thought and study to some of my favorite topics: The ACEs study, cultivating resilience, and trauma resolution therapies that actually work; Mindfulness practice and why it is especially needed in these times; Environmental Illness (EI) and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS) and the increasing toxicity in water, air and food; Death and dying, and the precious sacredness of a death room; Overcoming triggers for fight/ flight/ freeze/ appease responses by soothing our bodies with pleasure, joy and beauty; The task of healing our brains by noticing, then changing, our thoughts; And the role animals play in the healing of human hearts…to name a few.

Change is inevitable. Resistance brings suffering. Look for the magic in the chaos, darlings. Strive to be curious and flexible. Keep learning and growing. Love one another.
